- Grow our B2B and B2C client base
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Devise and implement sales strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Product to identify gaps and improve our offerings
- Work with Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Self-motivated, client-focused, adaptable, and service-oriented
- Proven track record in business development and/or sales
- Strong background in healthcare and/or IT
- BS or MS in Business Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, or related fields
