Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales quota within the designated portfolio and meet profitability expectations.
- Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring ongoing performance follow-up for accounts.
- Drive strong internal project management with key stakeholders and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Risk, Pricing, Legal & Compliance, Integration, Operations, Technology, and Product.
- Ensure optimal account performance in terms of sales, profitability, quality, and service, while developing strategic customer account plans that align with company standards.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings in accordance with company benchmarks.
