Drive showroom and field sales by engaging customers and presenting suitable vehicle options. Ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend vehicles. Sales Process Management: Handle inquiries, test drives, negotiations, and closing deals. Lead Handling: Follow up on leads from campaigns, calls, and referrals. Documentation & Delivery: Ensure timely processing of finance, insurance, and delivery paperwork. Market Analysis: Track competitor pricing, promotions, and customer trends. Post-Sales Service: Maintain contact for feedback, upselling, and referrals. Skills Required
