Roles and Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Function Building
Build and lead VDart's offshore sales development function in India.
Create a structured outbound sales process for prospecting, lead qualification, follow-up, and appointment setting.
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity plans aligned with US business development goals.
Manage, mentor, and eventually grow a team of SDRs, lead generation executives, and inside sales professionals.
Set performance expectations, track productivity, and drive accountability across the offshore sales team.
Work closely with US leadership to align outreach strategy, target accounts, messaging, and campaign priorities.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with US-based companies.
