Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in Dubai in promoting and selling our IT security solutions. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads initiating contact with prospects through various outreach methods and setting appointments for the sales team. This role plays a critical part in building a strong sales pipeline and helping to grow revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to generate new sales opportunities
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the appropriate sales executives
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate prospect and customer information
