About the Role
Progent is a high-growth AI company building an agentic operating system for Indian enterprises, with a deep focus on healthcare. We work with large hospital and diagnostic groups, and our platform automates the full patient lifecycle - from acquisition through re-engagement - using AI agents.
This is an early sales hire with a clear path to sales leadership as the team scales.
Think of SDRs as the scouts of the sales organisation. The sole job is to identify the right prospects, find a way to reach them, and convince them to take a meeting.
We give our SDRs very clear direction on exactly who to target, so the focus is entirely on outreach quality and conversion, not on figuring out the market.
Day to day:
