Sales Development Representative

For someone who can lead, coach, and build a high-performance SDR team across inbound and outbound motions. You will own prospecting strategy, SDR cadence, call quality, lead qualification, CRM hygiene, BANT+ discipline, and conversion from lead to SQL. This role is not just about calling leads. It is about building a repeatable revenue engine.
