About the Role
Sales Development Rep Zabota is a 4-year-old headhunting firm placing elite remote talent into fast-growing US companies — telehealth, agencies, ecommerce. We're hiring our first dedicated SDR. Your job is simple: get founders on the phone and book qualified meetings for our founder, who closes. You book, he closes, you get paid on every meeting that holds. Comp is built so the money is visible daily — every meeting that happens is $50 in your pocket.
A typical day in the role: Morning: 20–25 personalized Linked In connection requests + replies Then dial: 80–100 calls/day on a power dialer — priority list first, fresh cold list after Voicemail + text combos that actually get callbacks Book 20-min meetings onto the founder's calendar, Everything auto-logs in Hub Spot via the dialer — your admin burden is near zero Friday: 20-min call review & training directly with the founder who has sold a few million online via phone and zoom.
