About the Role
THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION FOR 6 MONTHS.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the monitoring of the daily operation of sales administration and operational functions.
Provide support on delivery schedules and monthly reports.
Process sales contract into SAP system.
Work closely with sales administrators and sales managers to ensure all customer requirements are well-coordinated.
Monitor and follow-up on payment and goods delivery as per schedule.
Maintain a systematic filing system and safekeeping of documents.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by managers.
JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS
Degree/Diploma with a minimum of 1-2 years related working experience, preferably in manufacturing industries
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferably with experience in sales administration, customers liaison, export and shipping documentation, intercoms, and preparation of reports.
Computer literacy and well-versed in Microsoft Off...
