Job Summary
You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to manage orders, documentation, and customer requests efficiently while maintaining clear communication and supporting smooth customer service operations.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers and sales team to provide certified true copies of acknowledged invoices and delivery orders upon request
Follow up with sales personnel and customers to ensure completion of Account Opening and Credit Application Forms
Prepare and submit orders and applications related to customer management, such as hamper or flower stand orders and vehicle pass applications
Deliver required certification documents to customers accurately and promptly
Handle customer calls and process orders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
