Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

To serve as the vital link between field sales teams, technical nutritionist, internal departments and the customers. Overall goal is to streamline the sales pipeline, ensure precision in orders, and provide all support to team and customers to help achieve sales budget. 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Management Information System (MIS) & Data Management

  • CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain the database with accurate customer profiles, contact details, and interaction logs.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure all financial and non-financial data, including pricing contracts and discount structures, are maintained and correctly stored in electronic systems.
  • Sales Tracking: Monitor sales pipelines and lead progress to provide visibility into the team's performance against annual business plans.
