Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales Manager and distribution partners in handling day-to-day coordination tasks.
Collect and process monthly production orders from distribution partners.
Prepare allocation plans and issue proforma invoices based on confirmed orders.
Keep track of all sales records, including order summaries, stock levels, budgets, and forecasts.
Update order sheets and price lists for partners whenever required.
Work with the logistics team to ensure shipments are dispatched on time and in proper order.
Follow up on partner payments and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with production teams and factories to align on schedules and requirements.
Take on any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
