Your Role

As a Sales Controller, you play a key role in driving commercial performance. You analyze sales results, support forecasting and budgeting, and act as a finance business partner to the Sales organization. Your insights help steer pricing, margins, and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance across regions, customers, and product lines (revenue, volume, price, margin)
  • Own and support sales forecasting and budgeting in close cooperation with Sales Management
  • Monitor and analyze pricing, discounts, rebates, and margin development, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Prepare monthly sales performance reports including variance analyses versus budget, forecast, and prior year
  • Deliver actionable commercial insights to Sales, Finance, and Management to support decision‑making
