Overview
We have a great opportunity with Quest for a Sales Compensation Analyst in our Deal Desk Programs. Our Sales Commission Team handles sensitive commission information for sales makers to ensure they are compensated accurately and timely.
Responsibilities
This position will require close interaction with Sales Operations & Support, Sales, Accounting, Human Resources & Payroll, and other financial organizations within Quest.
Work tasks to perform and complete:
- Monthly close activities - addressing compensation queries from sales makers, preparation of sales commission accrual, and administering actual sales commission payout
- Ad hoc / As needed basis – build and administer sales compensation framework, and assist in ad hoc analysis
