About the Role
NEXDEER Private Limited is hiring a Sales Closer / Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage and convert inbound leads and outbound warm prospects for our digital marketing, web development, and IT services.
We are looking for a confident, professional, and result-driven person who can understand client needs, recommend suitable solutions, handle objections, negotiate professionally, and close qualified opportunities into paying clients.
This is not a pure cold-calling role. The role involves client communication and sales closing through phone calls, WhatsApp, DMs, email, virtual meetings, and onsite meetings.
