About the Role

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and oversee the overall performance of the sales department.
  • Support and guide Outdoor Sales Engineers through joint customer visits and sales / business development activities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans for new market sectors.
  • Prepare and present sales plans, market strategies, and business proposals to the Director for further action and approval.
  • Achieve monthly departmental sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct visits to consultants to promote product specifications and secure inclusion in project vendor lists.
  • Monitor and follow up on market trends, ongoing projects, and upcoming developments within Malaysia.
