About the Role
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers: greet, promote products, answer inquiries, handle complaints.
- Maintain sales floor: keep shelves clean, organized, and attractive.
- Merchandising: replenish stocks, arrange displays, ensure correct price tags.
- Inventory: follow FIFO, check expiry dates, support stocktaking.
- Operations: help with promotions, deliveries, and product returns.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or college level.
- With experience in retail or sales preferred.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer‑oriented.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
