Sales Associate / Store Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers: greet, promote products, answer inquiries, handle complaints.
• Maintain sales floor: keep shelves clean, organized, and attractive.
• Merchandising: replenish stocks, arrange displays, ensure correct price tags.
• Inventory: follow FIFO, check expiry dates, support stocktaking.
• Operations: help with promotions, deliveries, and product returns.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or college level.
• With experience in retail or sales preferred.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer‑oriented.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
