The Sales Operations Manager serves as a strategic partner to the field, leveraging data-driven insights to support and accelerate sales performance across assigned areas of responsibility (AORs). This role is responsible for analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and delivering actionable recommendations that drive growth and improve overall effectiveness.
Sales Operations develops a strong understanding of their regions and proactively provide meaningful insights to Sales and Regional Managers, enabling informed decision-making and timely adjustments to strategy and focus.
