Sales agent (Consumer Electronics and Urban Mobility markets)
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts
- Prospecting, managing, and monitoring central purchasing bodies
- Monitoring market trends and regularly providing feedback on the competition
- Launching new products (presentation materials, customer mailings, product sheets, trade shows, etc.)
- Expanding our customer portfolio through a regular program of visits, phone contacts, prospecting, activity reports, satisfaction surveys, etc.
- Managing and controlling the in‑store marketing strategy (Shelf placement, digital distribution, merchandising)
- Preparing sales targets and participating in commercial budget meetings
- Coordinating and negotiating after‑sales service with our customers (in collaboration with our After‑sales service department)
