Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sales target of the assigned SIS counter.
- Ability in maintaining the tidiness of the counter.
- Ability to display & refresh all visual merchandising display according to the guideline.
- Maintain good customer services.
- Handles customer feedback / complaints efficiently.
- Maintain healthy stock inventory at counter, based on the Based Stock & Global Count.
- Ability to update Management on market competition, demand and changes.
- Performs any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
- Coordinates, liaises and assists customer on service-after-sales (repair).
