About the Role
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role.
- With advanced experience with office management software like MS Office such as MS Excel (PIVOT), MS Word, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be detail-oriented
- Ability to work under strict deadlines can work under pressure
Job Description:
- Ensures accurate documentation of vehicles and ensures smooth flow of the
- Documentation process with no incidence of delay.
- Receives, records, and forwards customer financing applications for processing by the Central Auto Finance
- Coordinator and follow-up status from the same.
- Prepares daily reports on the status of credit applications for easy reference.
- Monitors NWD vehicle inventory (movements-deliveries, transfers, displays, etc.)
