Responsibilities
- Analyze current chat performance and spot weak points
- Write persuasive chat messages that lead to full order submissions
- Improve follow-ups for leads who don’t reply or haven’t ordered yet
- Collaborate with sales agents to train them on conversion-focused messaging
- Track weekly improvements in chat-to-order performance
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, chat support, or sales via messaging
- Knows how to craft short, clear, and persuasive responses
- Understands Filipino buyer behavior on Messenger or Viber
