About the Role
Responsibilities
- Drive company revenue by managing customers, achieving sales quotas, and promoting effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships while identifying new marketing and sales opportunities.
- Represent the company in events, tradeshows, and seminars to generate leads and track market trends.
- Monitor consumer, competitor, and market insights to support sales planning and strategy.
- Lead people management initiatives including performance reviews, recognition, and target delivery.
- Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and continuous learning through trainings and development.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Department Head while demonstrating strong organizational and customer service skills.
