Responsibilities
- Conducts site inspections to ensure a safe, hazard-free workplace
- Enforces safety rules, standards, and leads emergency response drills
- Monitors worker safety and promotes best safety practices on-site
- Coordinates with HRD on safety compliance and personnel documentation
- Manages site personnel records, certifications, and contractor safety
- Assists in developing and implementing safety and operational procedures
- Prepares and applies chemicals safely for project-related activities
- Oversees environmental compliance and submission of reports (SMR, CMR)
- Processes regulatory permits (LLDA, DENR, Fire Safety, Permit to Operate, PCL)
- Prepares documents for ISO 14001:2015, Halal certification, and DOLE
- Develops HIRAC and environmental aspect-impact assessments
