Key Responsibilities

Safety Compliance & Monitoring

• Monitor and evaluate compliance with OSH standards in coordination with the Safety Supervisor.
• Lead the inspection and tagging of all equipment, lifting gears, and fire extinguishers prior to deployment.
• Ensure the operations group maintains good housekeeping and safe working conditions.
• Execute company safety policies, rules, and programs proactively.

Safety Orientations & Meetings

• Facilitate toolbox meetings in different project areas.
• Promote safety awareness and reinforce compliance with safety rules and procedures.

Incident & Accident Management

• Respond promptly to any accident or incident.
• Conduct immediate safety investigations and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near-misses and maintain accurate documentation.
