We're recruiting a Senior Software Engineer I to own the technical direction of a mission‑critical messaging platform serving hundreds of healthcare organizations across the United States.
THE ROLE
Our client is a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organization transforming patient engagement at scale. They've built the leading platform powering communications for underserved populations, with proven impact reaching millions. Now they're looking for a seasoned backend engineer to lead their Messaging Team technical direction and mentor the next generation of engineering talent.
You’ll own complex features end‑to‑end, drive architectural decisions that shape how millions of patient communications are delivered, and share team lead responsibilities with your peers. This is a highly visible, technically autonomous role with direct impact on health equity outcomes.
