RSA - Retention Account Manager

Responsible for implementing and managing contract renewal initiatives, maintaining contract revenue base at the highest possible retention rate, protecting contract revenue stream, ensuring timely contract renewal, and promoting awareness of upgrades and add‑ons.


Principal Responsibilities

  • Manage and own the customer renewal process.

  • Negotiate and close renewal agreements with existing customers.

  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions to prevent churn.

  • Track renewal metrics and report on renewal performance.

  • Identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities during the renewal process.

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records.
