- Creates professional technical project and user documentation, including systems and operational procedures
- General Skills Experience in the creation of technical project and user documentation, including procedures at the specified experience level
- Experience with a wide range of technical writing methods, tools and techniques and knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Knowledge and experience in developing on-line documentation
- Knowledge and experience with at least one platform
