Must Haves:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Remedy ARS Development.
- 8+ years working with backend data and BMC ITSM v9+ features.
- 8+ years of experience mapping business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience designing and building custom data-driven solutions
- Experience developing reports, ARS code, and integrations in Helix
SaaS setting - Public Sector Experience
NIce-to-have:
- Bachelor's or master's in business, health, engineering, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
