Royalty Analyst

​Accountabilities:
+ Review and interpret royalty-related contract terms using EXARI/Conga to identify contract references, payment obligations, royalty rates, reporting requirements, and key commercial clauses.
+ Process royalty payments based on executed contracts received, ensuring payments are accurate, timely, and aligned with contractual terms.
+ Validate contract data, including payee information, effective dates, payment schedules, royalty percentages, territories, products, and applicable deductions.
+ Maintain accurate records of contract references, payment calculations, approvals, and supporting documentation.
+ Partner with Legal, Finance, and Contract/Content Management teams to clarify contract terms and resolve discrepancies.
+ Track incoming contracts and ensure required royalty payment actions are completed within established deadlines.
+ Prepare royalty payment calculations and supporting schedules for review and approval.
