Rostering for a 700-strong security team across multiple shifts and days in 24/7 operation
Ensuring optimal resource coverage using Kronos (UKG) and Microsoft Office
Managing day-to-day tasks including: Sick leave calls
Annual leave requests
Pay period close and payroll coordination
Rostering in line with EA, contractual, KPI, and compliance requirements Providing support and resolution to pay, leave, and roster queries
Compiling operational reports, including end-of-month data
Coordinating and reconciling any ad hoc service accounts
Maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional internal service
About the Role
The Position:
Reporting directly to the General Manager – Aviation Security, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless rostering and workforce planning for a dynamic 24/7 airport security operation. You'll be responsible for:

Pay period close and payroll coordination
Rostering in line with EA, contractual, KPI, and compliance requirements
