Execute Role Variant creation and update in PRAM.
Raise a RDS based on the input received from Analyst or Market Role Links.
Documents all requests/activities in the ticket management tool following defined standards and best practices
Ensures timely resolution of all tickets within agreed SLAs and KPIs ...
