About the Role
Join the Township of Springwater as a Supervisor, Roads, overseeing vital road maintenance services in a mixed urban and rural setting. This full-time role is key for those with a passion for infrastructure and public works.
Reporting to the Manager, Roads, you will lead a team of frontline staff performing essential road maintenance activities. Your expertise in compliance with the Ontario Traffic Manual and safety standards will ensure high service levels. You’ll handle operational planning and contractor oversight while encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.

• Lead daily operations of unionized roads crews
