• Drive the bank's risk monitoring across all key areas: credit, operational, liquidity, ESG and ICT; ensuring accurate, timely controls and reporting.
• Support Enterprise Risk Management, contributing to the annual risk assessment, Risk Appetite Framework calibration, risk taxonomy updates, and policy/procedure enhancements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, staying on top of CSSF/EU requirements (Basel, CRR, DORA, ESG) and embedding them effectively into the bank's processes.
