The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for growing and defending the LSEG Risk business assets that are mainly in the long tails with a smaller recurring subscription spend.

Role Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain a strong relationship with all customers in this segment to ensure minimal cancellations and execute on the renewal process.
• Ability to spot upsell opportunities.
• Provide intelligence on trends with client base so that Territory/strategy Plans are comprehensive and accurate.
