Rewards Manager, SEA

Danone Specialized Nutrition South East Asia is seeking a Rewards Manager, SEA based in Malaysia. Responsibilities

• Implement the organization’s Compensation and Benefit programs and activities in SEA to meet the organization’s objective with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness. Programs/activities include Job evaluation; short-term and long-term incentive plans; employee benefits; expatriate, executive and employee compensation; retirement; pension and superannuation plans; share plans; performance management process; salary revision process etc.
• Liaise with the Global Rewards team and country HR teams to ensure all global processes are deployed effectively as per timeline.
