About the Role
The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and profitability for Crowne Plaza Muscat OCEC through strategic pricing, inventory control, and demand forecasting. This role analyzes market trends, competitor positioning, and customer behavior to develop and implement effective revenue strategies across all segments, including rooms, meetings, and events.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
+ Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room).
+ Analyze historical data, market trends, and competitor performance to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
+ Manage all distribution channels, ensuring rate parity and optimal inventory allocation (OTA, GDS, direct channels, etc.).
