About the Role
- Support the Senior Retail Manager in building effective communication tools to share sales data with the retail team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance decks.
- Assist the SRM in building effective incentive plans based on marketing and business needs.
- Coordinate, verify, and share incentive results with the sales team on a monthly basis.
- Visit points of sale on a weekly basis and ensure counter/boutique needs are met.
- Monitor key retail KPIs and provide quantitative reports to the SRM.
- Review retail team productivity and gather retail team needs in terms of coaching and training.
- Ensure new product launch information is well disseminated to the retail team:
- Prepare presentation decks including all information related to new launches in partnership with the Marketing Team.
- Create positive and strong team synergy and promote a positive mindset.
