Retail Manager

Waterbom Bali is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead a large-scale, premium retail operation across multiple outlets. The successful candidate will oversee a sizeable team, drive commercial performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a high-volume, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multi-outlet retail operations

• Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple retail locations, ensuring consistent execution, service standards, and operational excellence across all outlets.

Drive commercial performance

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, conversion, and average transaction value while achieving business targets.

Manage large teams

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for a substantial retail workforce, including supervisors, team leaders, and frontline staff.
