• Assistant Store Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Retail Location: Arizona Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.50 Position Summary: The Retail Lead supports the daily operations of the dispensary by guiding team performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance and organization throughout the sales floor.


• This role bridges the gap between team members and store management and plays a key role in delivering a positive, educational, and compliant customer experience.

Responsibilities:
