Retail Customer Experience Specialist

PVH Singapore is seeking a customer service associate to support showroom and e‑commerce teams. You will respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, and assist with product, delivery, and service questions, ensuring accurate documentation of orders and returns.

You will coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for deliveries, exchanges, or returns, handle self‑collections, track daily transactions, and support during events or campaigns.
