Job Description
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail branch.
- Supervise and train retail staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet branch targets.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a retail management position
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills, Inventory Management, Attention to Detail, Strong Work Ethic
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to lead and motivate retail teams
