Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and achieve KPIs (Quality of Food, Service, Speed).
- Financial transaction management and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Prepare reports and assist in hiring.
- Fast food industry experience is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays.
- Can start immediately.
- Willing to undergo training.
