About the Role

A supervisor must know how to maintain the store clean and operationally organized. Also must knowledgeable to handle staff well and great in communicating.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that proper standards and procedures in food preparation are followed.
  • Conduct forecasting of supplies for requisitions (daily)
  • Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the store such as food wastage and garbage disposal, pest control, exhaust cleaning, and etc.
  • Monitor staff attendance and man-hour stage
  • Prepare all mandatory daily reports to be submitted to the office.
  • Coach and mentor store staff

Qualifications

  • College graduate
  • Previous experience in the food industry
