Restaurant Pass Controller

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a Pass Controller to manage the flow of orders between the kitchen and dining area, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes. Applicant must be willing to relocate to the location of work!

Experience Requirements

3 - 4 years

• This role involves coordinating communication between chefs and waitstaff, monitoring plating standards, and maintaining quality control.
