About You :
Experience in Managing Lower Level Staff
Experience in Bar and Restaurant
Experience with Stock Taking and Ordering
Experience with POS Systems
Position Summary :
Reporting to the Operations Manager, as the Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for the running of the restaurants front of house and assisting in the training and supervision of Food & Beverage Attendants of a lower level.
Key Requirements :
- High level of literacy and numeracy
- Detailed knowledge of customer service procedures
- Detailed knowledge of opening and closing procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge of The Company's policies and procedures
- Detailed knowledge of preparation and presentation of all menu items including both food and beverage
