About the Role
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch
- Conduct performance evaluation to staffs
- Prepare reports on sales, operations, and financial performance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
- Implement business strategies to improve efficiency and profitability of the branch
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or any related field is a plus
- Proven track of records as a Branch Manager or in any leadership role within the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g. MS Office)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
