- Having minimum 5 years of experience in Resource & Recruitment in IT Industry.
- Experienced in Headhunting for the level manager and up.
- Experienced handling full cycle of recruitment process.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Independent and Communicative.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas, Data Modeling).
- Experience in creating financial simulations or manpower cost analysis.
- Good in English (both written and speaking).
