Residential Grading and Loaming- Mini skid steer

We are looking for an experiencedEquipment Operator to join our growing residential construction team in Calgary. This role is focused onfinal grading and loaming for new home construction and will transition intosnow removal operations during winter months.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate amini skid steer (Bobcat 463/S70) for residential grading and loaming
• Fine grading for new home lots
• OperateBobcat mini skid steer with foot controls
• Work in tight areas in between houses
• Work safely and efficiently on active residential construction sites

Required Experience

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH FOOT CONTROLS
• Minimum 1 year experience operating skid steers in residential construction
• Proven experience withgrading and loaming
• Solid understanding of site safety and job sequencing
