This is a start-up phase hire for an experienced Building Manager who will lead operations from inception, shape the operational model, and build an on-site team to deliver exceptional resident experience. The permanent role offers a salary of £40,000-£45,000 and the opportunity to establish standards for service, presentation, and professionalism across the entire building.
